M9 motorway experience

Guys few days back i was travelling from hyd to khi highway aka M9 Motorway.I got M tag on my car and use Express lane but as u guys see,Express lane is blocked and other lanes are empty.i was cursing myself why did i get into Expess lane as i could have saved 15 mins using Regular lane.

M9 is practically just a highway and not motorway. It doesn't follow any motorway rules/regulations.
