Machi places in your city

with due respect i did not expect a UET guy calling FISH as machi .. it is MACH-LEE machi is word among those who never went to any place for education - I mean no disrespect or annoyance at all but we have some edge over masses being been to some schools.

Machhi is punjabi. there is well (foreign ivy league type university) educated people using the word. So i dont see the problem.

the urdu word is based on the original punjabi word, or the other way around, i dont know...

Sardarr fish sells for how much? 500-600/kilo?

And other fish rate?

O bhai....machi is a punjabi word...i just used this word just to make the topic bit funny and desi type...otherwise no reason...
Im proud to be a uetian...Normally at office and home we speak urdu but "punjabi bolan da menu unj he shouk ay".....

Mirajdin is best in gujranwala,i have tried it many times. Shop is on main gt road and in food street gujranwala. Give it a try.

Depends on Quality
Dambhoro from Sanghar is the most expensive like 800/kg BBQ plus Fried.
Raho and Surmai going together like 650 or 600/kg BBQ plus Fried.
You can also choose from the fish you want. And in Sanghar you can get fish which are 5 - 6 Feet long they are very much costly.
Pala is also a good option at Al Manzar around 1000/Pala and its nearby River Indus you can fish there too

mahi seafood, there new outlet is kool, they even offer fresh trout, fresh as in not more then 7 days old, price is 2500/kg

yadgar fish is excellent, one more finger fish point is at hydri meerat kabab house is the name i think. priced ard 500-600/kg

long ago ate "Dhakka Fish" at Food Street Melody-Islamabad..not impressive.
