pottering about trying to work off my meal
to cut a long story quite short and after a heavy meal and then some hanging around we left for Madras. down the same winding road that we are now quite familiar with..
a bit of the familiar scenery as we drive by the main road again...

apart from bison fear 2 wheeler gangs on this drive...
a few dark clouds during the descent gave us a little worry initially but it did not rain and the cooler air was refreshing...
the Valparai forest hides many things...
if you can make out the road as it winds down in the pic you can see that we have a ways to go before we hit the ground running

back on NH47 north to Salem and back to Chennai....
