The main feature of Mahindra's portfolio is the price!!.A base Scorpio can be bought for 550,000-600,000 indian rupees with a/c.The Bolero is an excellent off roader that is priced within 500,000 rupees and comes with a/c, stereo and power steering.The engine is a powerful effer.One of my friends has it, an american working in Bangalore in IT.He wishes he can take it back with him to the states.I love the Bolero.Great for roastrips and booze parties by the sea.One can pimp it up brand new with a tricked out stereo for about 650,000.And, in India one can finance it from any bank or finance company.

kkhan....just so..alcohol aka booze??.God bless India, 'cause 'except Gujarat state alcohol is available in plenty, both domestic and foreign!!.The Fed, govt. removed all tax on imported liquor too!!.,Great bars, from lounges to dance clubs exist all over the land and since a large part of the country borders the indian ocean one can just take a drive seaside, park the car , bring out the booze , crank up the music and have fun with friends!!.Goa's the place to be for fantastic rave parties by the beach.Flora and fauna from the 4 corners of the globe frolic in the goan sands....heheh.South beach(Miami) felt stale and plastic after a weekend in Goa to me!!

The car is available in three versions, the Turbo 2.6 diesel with HVAC and power steering, Turbo 2.6 DX with additional features like central locking, power windows, side cladding and audio and the REV116 petrol version which will have all the top-of-the line features. It will sport Red, Blue, Silver, Black and green colours.

The ex-New Mumbai Euro-I Diesel Turbo 2.6 & Turbo 2.6 DX are available for Rs5.5 lacs and Rs6.1 lacs respectively while the ex-New Delhi Bharat Stage II versions of Diesel Turbo 2.6 & Turbo 2.6 DX are available at Rs5.82 lacs and Rs6.35 lacs respectively. The petrol version is priced at Rs7.19 lacs. M&M plans to launch another Scorpio variant in a couple of months at an ex-Mumbai price of around Rs5.2 lacs.

The Bolero range is priced from INR 425,000 to 550,000.
