Maintainance of 70cc motorcycle

AssalamOAllaiqum I hope someone answer my questions.
I have bought the ravi 70 humsafar. I dont have a manual to help me out. So I need help from experts.
1) how often a bike should be tuned? (& what basically tuning as a whole is) ? + airfilter..
2) How often should i lubricate chain? & is it ok to use gear oil?
3) what should I use on bike parts to not allow rusting to take place?
4) how often battery water should be checked to keep it alive.
5) is there any other thing that I should see at a regular interval or check it by a mechanic inorder to keep my bike in good condition for years.

1. 2000-3000km, Adjusting valves, cleaning adjusting carburetor according to given instructions by company. And Mechanic should check if required adjust spark plug, clutch & chain settings and also checking all nuts & bolts of bike. Filter for 70cc's should be replaced with new one after 2000km its very cheap.
2. 500km yes you can use gear oil SAE90 or normal engine oil can be used as well.
3. If bike has metal fenders get them colored from inside.
4. Every tuning, every 1-2 month check the level if less refill.
5. In above all questions comes everything regarding normal maintenance but one important you forgot to ask engine oil first two engine oils change after 500km if you have bought brand new bike & after that every 1000-1500km is best you can do for your motorcycle.

In the last yeah if you want your bike to remain new for good period clean it regularly and if gets too much muddy get it washed but avoid washing very regularly just use your energy to keep it clean. I really like cleaning my motorcycle

I have searched internet & they say to use lube on chain rather than any oil. ?

Lube means oil or grease so you may use engine lubricant or dedicated chain oil but for our street motorcycles engine oil is good to use. Chain spray grease are expensive and not easily available in Pakistan. Sports bikers or those who can afford costly bike buy special chain lube or grease. Availability is the main issue so better stick to engine lube use it every 500 km it does the job.

Do I have to apply oil directly or first clean it (chain) with kerosene?

If its too dirty only than clean it with kerosene else oil it. Usually it is not very dirty or clogged but if you find it than yeah kerosene is best to use for cleaning it.
