I was just back from my south Africa trip. Its 11 days 10 nights trip. Trip details are posted below with activity details.

Day 1: 22nd Nov Johannesburg - Sun City
Arrival in Johannesburg after 13 hours flight from Lahore
Transfer from Johannesburg International Airport to Sun City

Day 2: 23rd Nov Sun City - Pilanesberg Safari
1- Water World at Sun City Resort
2- The Valley of the Waves
3- Pilanesberg Game Reserve (Wild life Safari)

Day 3: 24th Nov Sun City - Johannesburg - Knysna
1- Transfer to Johannesburg Airport to catch George flight - Arrival in George and transfer to Knysna
Mango Airline JE821 ? Departure from JNB 11:50am and arrival in GRJ at 1:45pm George ? Knysna 1 hr drive
2- Catch Sunset at Knysna Waterfront

Day 4: 25th Nov Full Day Knysna, Plettenberg bay & Tsitsikamma
1- Plettenberg bay
2- Monkey land
3- Birds of Eden
4- Tsitsikamma Canopy Tours

Day 5: 26th Nov Knysna - Outshone
1- High Gate Ostrich Farm
2- Congo Caves
3- Congo Wildlife Ranch

Day 6: 27th Nov Knysna > Cape Town
1- Mosaic Village
2- Mossel Bay
3- Harmanas Beach (Whale Watching)
By Road transfer from Knysna to Cape Town via Garden Route +-6 hrs drive

Day 7: 28th Nov Cape Town - Robben Island, Cape Town City Tour & Table Mountain
1- City tour & Table Mountain
2- Robben Island
3- Signal Hill

Day 8: 29th Nov Cape Town - Cape Peninsula Tour
1- Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve
2- Boulders Beach Penguin Colony
3- Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden

Day 9: 30th Nov Cape Town - Stellenbosch Hilcrest Farm & Franschhoek Town

1- Paarl Town (View Nelson Mandela?s former prison (Victor Vester)
2- Stellenbosch (City Orientation)
3- Hilcrest Farm (Wine Yards)
4- Franshoek Motor Museum
5- Berry Orchid Farm
6- Helshoogte Pass

Day 10: 1st Dec Cape Town - Leisure and Shopping Day
Free day in Cape Town

Day 11: 2nd Dec Cape Town - Departure
After breakfast check out from Hotel & Transfer to Cape Town Airport for your international flight to Pakistan

Total trip cost with food : 390,000 PKR

Valid Passport.
Bank Statement with income evidence.
Invitation letter from south African tour operator.
Confirm Hotel bookings with payment receipts.
Confirm ticket.
In my case they took 2 months.

Was in SA last year, its a beautiful and friendly place to be. especially Cape town is a heaven for tourists and worth visiting a place. the ppl are friendly and prices are affordable unlike many European countries.

This plan is initialized in March 2016 on our way back from India. Just for your information that this trip is planned and organized by Zen Wellness club (Mr. Atif Abbasi). The same operator who planned our India trip. This trip is rescheduled twice as embassy taken more time then usual for Visa. But at last we got green signal in November 2016 from embassy and plan got final shape for the end of November.
We select Qatar airways as International carrier and Mango airlines for local flight in South Africa.
First (Qatar Airlines) flight is taken off from Lahore at 03:15 Local time and reach Doha at 05:15 Doha local time.
The flight is QR-621 & the Aircraft we got for our flight from Lahore to Doha is Boeing 777-200 LR

Tour operator contact number is sent via private msg.
Trip cost excluding meals is 297,000 per person for double sharing. Most of activities are included in trip plan, however for 2 activities we plan and paid by own. Taxi fare for shopping trips, food, etc cost me around 850 USD extra.
