Make my grande more comfortable?

My Corolla grande 2014 now at 40,000Kms is not comfortable at all. It was mediocrely comfortable in beginning but now the ride is so uncomfortable that it gives me a back ache. The seats are not comfortable at all neither is the suspension. No clanking sounds from the suspension either and changed the entire set of tires to make it better but to no avail. I have a 1st Gen Prius at 160,000 Kms and it is the peak of comfort.

Any suggestions on how to make it better in terms of comfort would be much appreciated.

Tires can be the real problem. May be you are using low profile ones? Another problem could just be 'superstition'

Which tyres you got?and secondaly i think you mean second gen prius as i have never seen first gen in pakistan

And one more thing you can do is sell the current one and get an applied for one with new features aswell
You may spend some money to make it comfortable but if you go for new one it will definitely take some money but will be three years newer too

What's wrong with the seats? its three way adjustable, so have you tried different positions?
Which tyres are you using and have you been driving it in interior Sindh?
