i ave decided 2 make my own motorcycle 70cc. if any one can pls let me know the prices of these stuff. all must be new and reliable and strong

chasis, engine 70cc cdi, shocks, rims, tyres, fuel tank, crystal light, gear meter assembly, front and rear led lights, mud guards, exhaust pipe, fuel tank, seat.

Hey thats kewl... iv been wondering ebt this, why dont ppl make bikes 4 themselves..
Also import parts and assemble them here wud b cheaper... if u want a heavy bike or chopper...

Also Anybody sud try assembling their own, imported bikes and sell them at a small level...?? provided their Quality & performence is Better... This wont reqiure big amount!?

1) New Engine 70cc=11000
2) Front and rear shocks 3500
3)Rims start from 400-800 and then the TILLIS and wheel thrugh
4)1 tyre tube Cheetah/ service/ panther=950
5)Head lite= 280 cmplete
6)fuel tank=900rs wd vinyls
7)assembly orignal 550rs
8)mud guards= 750rs minimum
9)exhaust=750 rs K.K. 007 orignal HONda one
10)side covers 250rs and 160rs for vinyl
11)seat= 600

As u have decided to make ur own bike,fine, but if u r some trendy type in taste, must visit some shops near nazimabad no:1, there are some bike makers that have many 2,3 years old chassis with papers & other stuff at very cheap price.

i appreciate you, but consider the option that if u buy old bike and then alter / modify it wid your own choice...actually here will a lot of work you have to do to achieve a bike of your choice..

Very ambitious plan bro.
I hope you are able to complete it. First you need to research, and make a budget. We all make alot of plans and it is very few who are able to complete the plans, and these are the people that have done alot of homework for the project in advance, made a budget, located all the right resources, gotten the best price for all the parts, and most of all, know something technical about the project and know how to build things themselves, or learn to build them by themselves. I believe you can do it, anyone can do it, just do the research first, then proceed, it will save you alot of head ache later on.

It would be better to just buy one off the racks from some local assembler rather built something exactly what they are selling. Would come expensive to you & the result will be a thing which everyone has with a very very very little hard-work.

Unless you have a custom-design which you want to bring to life. So first share that design then members will help you out with what you should have and from where.
