Getting rid of the rusted area. Cut the rusted floor & preparing for the piece welding

The original speaker can be seen fitted to the dashboard. I checked it with a connection & it works as good as brand new

Damage caused due to rust can be seen. This is the area that made me shiver with cold air in the winters
And some times even rain poured in making it a complete Honda 125 experience

Going a bit further on the resto...

Meanwhile I'm going crazy searching stuff & ordering parts.

Also finding a good buddy who can build the interior as per my mind. I know expectations always make you more & more fanatic when it comes to the realisation of things but still I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Got the meter serviced...
Now it looks as fresh as new

The lights also got very weak with time...as about the car is 40 years old...
The meter & gauges could not be seen at night...so installed led's in the meter...

InshAllah i'll post pictures of the meter with lights on when its installed back.

The registration plates you see is the old number of the car LET-501 got by grandfather back in 1977

The seats have been fitted in along with the complete interior fixation. I'll post the pictures soon.

I know still hell of work needs to be done but as these cars have no price likewise these cars have no limit. You can always go on restoring things & making them better each day.

Interior work is completed! Hurray...

1. Complete seats restoration.
2. Door panels restoration.
3. Complete Dashboard rebuild.
4. Meters service.
5. Genuine Utility tray & gear console.
6. Center console custom made.
7. Gear boot.
8. New carpet.
9. Matching floor mats.

Although the utility tray & gear console came with the original JVC cassette player. I replaced it with a new usb DVD player & kept the original in safe hands.

Mechanically, I got the front brakes converted to dics from drums. As I was having a severe brake issue. In addition, replaced the simple master cylinder with a one with servo motor to get better braking experience.
All of the Pistons were serviced, the lines were replaced with new lines as there was some issue of air trap which caused the brake to get jammed after driving for sometime.

Now the brake of the rOllA76 is better than any new car. Screeching brakes

Cosmettically, the rOllA76 has got new chrome bumpers the pictures of which I will share in a while.
New front grille.
And an ever new sparkling looks
