These fender mirrors are available on eBay. I can check for you on aliexprees as well. If these are available there then it's very easy to get them delivered to you home. Else you can ask someone to bring them for you from USA using the eBay link.

If you are in Lahore then fine autos on Mont Gomery is the place for new parts.And there are couple of them in Bilal Gunj, but you'll have to visit to check those as I don't remember the names
