I have seen this video.
Magar Pakistan ma aise car chori krna wo be 3-4 minutes ma mare khayal ma boht mushkil ha.
As you can see he has some equipments & a unique way of stealing this vehicle so it is very difficult. Haven't heard of this kind of incident in Pakistan till now & hopefully won't happen here.
