Dear friends i m planning my trip on 2 january 2016 from mansehra to muzaffarabad i want to know about the route and roads are safe whither roads are in good condition or not is it safe to travel or not i have suzuki cultus and i m with 2 adults friends. Please suggest me your advises. thnx.
Though I never travelled on that route but I've heard that the road is good. It takes 2 hours from Abbotabad to reach Mzd so I guess it'll take around 1:30hrs from Mansehra to Mzd.
Abbottabad to Mansehra makes my back ache. Good luck with going to Muzaffarabad.

Route is: Mansehra > Garhi Habibullah > Muzaffarabad.Road is not so wide but fine in condition, you can easily go in your cultus. Local transport also available for this route so it's not so very empty.
Well, i came from Abbotabad yesterday, the worst route ever, which i have driven on. The route is okay. the road is fine as well, but the crowd and the traffic is quite disturbing.
Road from Mansehra to Garhi habibullah is pretty fine but from garhi to MZD is quite bumpy but its OK for cultas can easily go , and yes its very safe to travel
The road isn't excellent but you can manage it in Cultus.
road is good... only one ancient landslide patch just at end of gari habibullah .... its alwayz there... over all its a good road....
