Is that mechanic RELIABLE?! If its cooling fine (even sometimes) then its NOT the compressor!

If the compressor is weak, one of the symptoms are that the a/c wont cool if you are just idling..

Agar really koe masla ho hea to tum kitna ROLA dalo ge, just imagin. Yar u ki car ka compressor ka current break ho raha hae, check ac swtich, thermostate and cutout. compressor is fine, no weak.

It could be a expansion valve as well.. And oh, don't wait, I blew one of my pipes because the expansion valve was choked Get it checked by someone good.

Yes, choked expansion valve needs more pressure from the compressor to disperse the gas inside the A/C lines and a weaker compressor will fail to pass the gas through. The mechanice might be slightly hitting the expansion valve causing it to temporarily work for some time as long as the valve is choked again. Get it checked.

Must be the gas filter bottle or the expansion valve inside looks the culprit.

If the compressor is weak then it will not cool for more than 2 minutes. It seems that there is some choking or might be possible thermostate is not functionaing at all and gas pipe is frosting, making AC to fail.

check this A/c switch dashboard panel wala i know it sounds stupid but try this one

also change the bottle baqi compressor theek lag raha hai

im not an expert but switch check kara lo kisi achay electrition say n do reply me wat happens

same problem I had with my Prosmatic VTI 2002 and electrician fixed main wire of compresor and thats all, final story is when wire \ connector heatup so after layover compressor will not start due to main connector. Try to play with main wire near compressor or visit a good electrician

Thanks everybody for suggesting way out. Actually i've checked electric wiring already, there is nothing loose in it. After discussing with u guys and by having telephonic discussion with @fihsak, for the time being i've come to the conclusion that it might be that bottle shaped filter. I'll get it checked asap and will definitely mention the actual culprit here for future concern.
