Nice i like the project... just make sure that during denting process keep ever thing in line like panels fenders & pillars remove all of the rust even in the tiny spaces & use a good rust under coat scrape off all of the old paint from the car & make sure to use less compound try to grind down the uneven surface have better base coat & you will have a good fished paint on the ride it may cost you a little more but it worth spending & you will be happy with the out come of it.

bahi remove all you can and do an extensive shot or sand blast... the weak metal will break away and all rust will be gone... then you can do proper welding...

you will need a full inside outside repaint any way...

my ten cents,
swap a g13b after the bodywork is complete, it will make the car something to humiliate the modern cars.

get those retractable Japanese seat belts, japanese rear view mirror with day and night option button, recaro front seats and japanese model rear seat and power steering. you will fall in love with this old lady if you do this stuff, (this is just part of my dream of modding my margalla)

and get kabuli front and rear lights. buy the rear garnish of margalla plus. the current lights look faded

the car needs some serious repairs...was the car parked out in sun for years or was it used real bad?
i own a margalla to0 so kindly carry the thread in a way that others may also fetch sth outa it

@margallar once daint paint completed i will go for some your options

no the Car is never been in to the sea
the problem is the car parked on street and most of the rust came due to raining
i always spray the oil on it in rainy days half body but main issue its parked on out side
when i was own it some inside rust is their.
Engine room is fully Original with no rust driving side and floors and back floor is ok
will upload a pics by tomorrow ...

for now on i am planning repaint it where the color need from outside it will be completely repaint in white color but from inside it will paint where needed .

right now for (FRARSH) Floor i need Rubber Original Sheet for Floor
Denter is saying Just use a Daamar Or colour it black
but i want to Purchase a Sheet i think Rubber sheets as it come on original than paint it .

damn.... she is worst then the 76 corolla am working on.

pay attention to rework, after patching is done ask the denter to melt a layer of 'TARKOL' around the patches & welded points before she is ready for paint job.

this is what happens when you drive in rain and water gets in to your car and out of all your "susti" you dont get it serviced and in few years time your ride gets totally rusty
