No it isn’t like that I directed him to remove the rust first as he can and find out the Tin Body and make patches if required code it properly, I think colour have 3 layers before actual colour coat

the Rusted part outside Must be rubbed and I think he is using blade on body
If you have any suggestion regarding this issue you are welcome…

rust converter is the best thing to use here. it will eliminate all the rust at microscopic levels so it wont grow out again anytime soon. i dunno where it can be bought. but i must say that blade is not enough, atleast it shud be properly sanded.

another term used by @vyrus is sand blast what was that ? i did not get it ..
and what about the primer ?

rust converter is a chemical that reacts with the rust and converts it into primer, you may just spray over it or leave it, it wont rust unless the layer of rust convertor primer is gone. xulfiqar might be able to tell you where you can find it in karachi. i am searching for it in lahore

I use to have a Small white bottle named RUST KILLER it was a liquid .after cleaning the area it was applied .Try some paint or good hardware shop you may get it.

@Zuper bro u can use a thin layer of paint job... but better to use some black paper...

ap lights reparing valey sa contect krain.. vo puri back lite open ker k.. black tint paper past ker k again close n seal ker da ga... its batter... coz iss pic ma car ki lights per thin paint film use ki gai thi... jiski vaja sa lights day-light ma brake lights thori dim nazer ati thi.. but in night it was ok...
