Margalla Problems

I purchased a Margalla 98 in march on the second day while doing engine oil change fund water in it. Machanic suggests that we pour new oil because sometimes a little amount of water comes while washing from the oil cap.after driving 80 km I found milky oil in the oil cap but no oil in the radiator, when we open the head gasket is ok mechanic said the head bolts were loose he also removes all parts from the head and check the leakage but found nothing poured the fresh oil new gasket and filter after traveling 25 km again I found water in oil cap but this time there is oil in radiator

Do you have pictures of head and gasket when it was disassembled? Its possible that the coolant passage is leaking to oil passage via mating area (head may be warped and not sealing). Was block and head surface inspected for warpage? Were the head bolts properly torqued?

How rusty is your cooling system?

This tailure can be bad sealing surface on head Or leaking welch plugs in cylinder head too.

Now I got it when I opened the head cover for inspection I saw a cap type thing at that time I did not understand what is this thing, when you mention and I google then I understand it is definitely a Welch plug and there is magic epoxy on it, now what I do replace new Welch plug new are available or not for margalla

Those welch plugs are generic and sold in all sizes. Measure it or remove it and take to a spare parts shop.

My margalla alternator gives 12v on idle speed and when I increase the race voltage also increases to 14.5 what will be the possible problem.
I check the voltage with a volt meter on the alternator + and on its body as - .

carbon brush pack on voltage regulator are dead.

@margallar @Xulfiqar i have a margalla i have recently change its rings
now sometimes when vehicle warms up it badly give jerks in second gear just like its doing missing.
