Engine Update:2C RemovedMaking Some Space for 1G Beams (After some research 3SGE beams seemed to be not a suitable option as number of people have faced issues with 3SGE beams in swapping!) (1G beams was better suited and had easily available spare parts so went for it)

Rust beech mein hi dafan kar dia hey... i think you should have scratched the paint out from the affected areas and would have made the new base on metal. The steel putty used is also of low quality... should have been fiber putty.
rusted area daffan nahin kiya lol - the pictures you see before and after anti rust is with the time difference of week in which the work on car was continuing but i was in Lahore for a week so couldn't take the pics.and how do i know daffan nahin kiya - i left a guy to visit everyday at workshop and had explained him what had to be done

Update: Engine is in and running smooth MA but didnt test it on high speed as I didnt get the suspension serviced! Sorry for dirty bay as it wasnt washed after swapping
Coming to suspension system - Couldn’t find new ends so got them repaired from Taqi Ustaad in Gawalmandi - Rawalpindi!When steering box was opened, the steering gear was broken as it can be seen in the pic so sourced a similar steering box from sultan ka khoo as the mark 2 one was not available. So bought a mark 1 steering and replaced all internal parts of mark 2 steering with the donor steering box
Next step - the car was brought to Lahore and fortunately my workshop guy was able to source new ball joints and shock absorbers which wuld be replaced tomorrow

unfortunately the new tires in 15" rims are not available wider than 205. Didnt want to go for kabuli ones as this needs to be a 100% reliable car
