It could be a faulty MAF (mass air flow) sensor or connection but a skilled mechanic would be able to tell this from any kind of reading with a computer.
If we logically look at this; misfires are created from 4 things;
Spark - which you covered with new coils and I think your mechanic would have told you if your sparkplugs were damaged .... (right?)
Fuel - You said that you changed the pump and injectors so the only real problem left would be some bad quality or really old fuel, or literally no fuel in the tank, and a faulty MAF sensor
Timing - Now this one would hurt if something is wrong here, this would be your belts, vacuum leaks and compression issues.
There is usually another section for air, but I combined it with other issues like the MAF, vacuum leaks, piston rings since they are so closely related
