2011 Toyota mark x 250g drive for 30miles then parked... When restarted after 1hour + triangle warning light stays on along with TRC light and check engine light... Drove ok back to the house.. but lights still staying on

Nopes, it might be some mechanical or sensor issue.Get it diagnosed first.
My dude stop worrying and just go find out what the error code is about. Once you get to know the issue then you can work on resolving it.
