Should I buy Mark X 250 2005 or Prius 1.8? They cost almost the same.
No offense, but Why not to consider locally assembled Sedan matching your budget and requirements? Brand new or used?

Both cars are from totally different segments and class ..!! Its about sports sedan vs daily commute economy car !

Markx is wayyy more comfortable than a prius
Mark X is high end vehicle and its basically a Lexus IS250 / IS300 having same drive train but with different body style since Japanese wanted a JDM luxury sports sedan RWD/AWD for their own domestic market .
I would consider Mark X as buying used Hybrid car is not good as when batteries and generator goes out it is expensive to fix.
