ok here is my theory, you don't need to change the atf ws oil at any given interval, you just need to top it up when any servicing is done on the tranny. after topping till the overflow plug you add the amount of oil mentioned.
now i have attached the refilling procedure, and it is clear from that, now what happened in this specific mark x case was, that when the overflow plug was opened, 3.7 liters of oil came out, and than the over flow plug was put back and oil refilled from the refill plug hole, until oil started to come out of there, it was 3.7 liter.
people take the overflow plug as drain plug and refill plug as the overflow plug, and basically overfill their tranny, the previous mechanic must have done the same too.
Spectra doesn't agrees with this, i have no experience of my own, and my theory is based on the manual.
further more to support my point that the oil doesn't needs to be changed is due to the fact that there is no atf level stick as in normal autos and no refilling point in the engine bay as in normal autos.
