8.5 is a fair demand for a 2013. We bought a 2011 for 7,85 (+11k registration) with a shot aircon, seller convinced us that its only a small fault as compressor doesnot kicks in due to a 100Rs relay.. but we ended up getting repairs for around 12k, also the spark plug wires (+10k) needed replacement as well as two front wheels, all in all, 35k in addition to the car costs. Body was untouched, b2b genuine as they say, but its the little things you need to worry about.
If AC is working perfect, all mechanical and electrical components are fine, and there are no jugars (i.e: telephone wires instead of electrical wires , like the one we found in ours) in headlight relays, also the car won't start in the morning even if we jump start, bought new battery for it (+4.5k) took us a while to remove all jugars and get service done by 3s dealership, all systems checked and okay we're looking at 8,65 for a 2011 azure grey cultus. I'll highly suggest a 2015 cultus for 9.50 instead, you'll end up saving months of trouble in the end.
On the other hand, my personal vehicle is a 2007 cultus (efi) purchased for a measly 650k, with genuine 89k on odo, it did not even needed an oil change or tuning when i got it.. used cars are a bit of luck and little bit of wizardry. You know from the first ignition that this car is good, if you have even a hair of doubt, leave the car, don't get emotionally attached with one, like i did, but mine did not turn out to be a lemon.
