How is the look now after qalam? If it is visible easily then it must be giving a bad overall look of the car and in that case go for repaint from Honda showroom. I also got my car's bonnet repainted and sold it off later however it did not really made any difference in the resale value. But that car was over 5 year old when sold. Also the repaint quality was very good and it was hard for anyone to see whether it was repainted or not.
So it also depends on when you want to sell off the car... if you sell of within a year or two, repainted bonnet will likely make a difference in resale value and you should'nt repaint. However if you intend to keep it for longer time, do not worry about resale. It's much better than the alternative of living with an imperfect car look.
