Assalam o Alaikum. Dear fellows I hv just found these annoying marks on the bonnet of my new white civic 2017. I don't remember any stone or something hit the bonnet. Just found these marks/scratches after getting it washed from the auto wash today. Can u plz help me identifying these marks/scrathes & how to fix them?

Its a paint damage bro & I hv no idea how it happened. Now Should I get it repaired from honda 3s dealership as the car is insured or just some filler & compound waxing treatment will do the trick?
use a compound polish to check whether these can be tackled or not since the marks are not that deep. this will do the job.
Compound will just level the surface! I think. Filler or respray that section will still be needed. Should I take it to the honda 3s dealership or some other detailing shop?
Just talked to someone at honda avenue & he said that if scratches are too deep then they will have to respray the whole bonnet. What should I do now? If I get the whole bonnet repainted, won't that affect the resale? Plz advise
Thnx a lot for a sincere advice. Money is not an issue as the car is insured but there's still some concern i.e 'the paint'. Despite of all the negatives, honda dealerships have the factory color & can match as well. Do the above mentioned workshops hv the same matching color?
Ok thnx bro..
Do auto club have the color kit of honda, in case they also ask for a repaint? Btw I really don't want to get the whole bonnet repainted as the car is brand new & it will ruin its genuine condition. I just want the affected area to be treated.
Another thing to be noticed is that the color of the marks/scratches is black. Is the color of the base black or its smthng black hit the bonnet?
I hope so insha Allah. Thnx a lot bro
It really feels bad to see such marks on a new car. Are these marks on the paint surface or these are scratches inside the paint?
I really don't know that but its really frustrating. And on top of that, I have no idea where did they come from?. The color of the marks is black so does it suggest that its the base color or something black left its marks?
Use your finger nail to determine if the mark is inside the paint finish. Once I got the same kind of marks or color transfer on my car, my driver removed it by rubbing brake oil(I guess), it went away.
My nail did stuck in the marks so most probably these r scratches or stone chips. I haven't tried anything on these marks as m still not sure abt that & I intend to take the car to some workshop in the morning
