Markx ac issue

Aoa everyone,
Today i went for my markx ac service, they removed the dashboard and all setup after that they fitted it back, now blower is working on auto but when i press the button it says check air conditioner connection, please what could be this issue can anyone help

Drive the car back to them and tell them to fix this, you paid money for repair and you should get the repair you paid for.

Was your issue solved, if yes then how? I’m facing the same issue with my mark x. The genuine screen is showing “ please check your air conditioning connection”
