I am rounding ideas of side businesses to start in Lahore. Currently my idea is circulating around starting a marriage hall as it is quite popular in Pakistan and is a good life long investment. My questions are many but I will summarize them,
- What are the best and not too expensive locations in Lahore where a marriage hall will work wonders.
- What is the cost of constructing a marriage hall.
- Most importantly, do we buy a commercial plot and then only can we construct or can we rent a commercial plot and build on it.
- What is the cost of maintaining a marriage hall and what are the risks in running it.
- How much investment is needed in total to construct a 1-1.5 kanal double story marriage hall in a medium class area if we intend on purchasing a plot?
