My laptop's LCD cracked.Will be changing it soon but was thinking if I should go for matt, which I already have, or glossy LCD. Have no experience of glossy screen.What do you guys say?Which one is better for a normal laptop user.
Matt is always better, if u spend too much time on your computer.
I second that, go for matte screen, glossy screens reflect too much light!!

As a rule, if you're going to use your computer outdoors, you should opt for matte and vice versa.
Glossy screens are practically useless in bright daylight.
If you use privacy screen, then it doesnt matter.

matte is better if you use in bright conditions because glossy shines too much, it reflects light, on the other hand glossy gives better brightness and color looks more detailed. PS. I am using both for more than 1 year.
Matte is better.... i have a laptop with matte screen and my brother has a glossy one..... its too reflective when used with low brightness. Go for matte one!
