@salik. bro from my experience, b series or mostly any motor, do like CAI's. just that there shouldnt be restrictions on the cai pipe or much bends. ive tested stock air boxes, short rams, cai's and even our own made open cai's (as uve porbably seen on some cars here)
and i got the best results on the custom open intakes.

bro you are rite but if you keep the car on 13.5 till the end then i must say you are on risking your pistons as the EGT will be on the high side after 2 or 3 runs...so its better to save your engine instead of getting the last 3 or 4 wheels

as i have build 4setup in last few months and got to know that true power you get out of it is with chipping!!! i say only half of the power is with any normal ecu plus some piggy bag or with fpr...as our latest b20b vtec gives a hard time to type R and had lots of torque after chipping
