Mazda RX8 VS Nissan fair lady 350Z

As in the saloon market rolla and civic are direct competetors, same way in the mid range sports cars the Mazda RX8 & Nissan 350Z are direct competitors.

so which one would you choose and why.

well ill go first

both are almost equaly powered how ever the zee has a slight edge in acceleration, but the rx8 curbs that with its cornering ability.

apart from all others both look fantastic.

as looks are concerned i still can not put my finger on 1 and say this one is better....both are awsome looking cars in their budget

while the rx8s rotary engine of which only a rotary owner would know.........this is one area wheare the rx8 takes the show.....even at high speeds the engine performs like a doll..........and wont make u feel that the lightning is gona fall on u

i personaly taken it up to 187 kmph to be precise in 4th gear wit 2 gears to spare........and im talking about in btw sharah e faisal trafic at 12 pm midnight..if it was arround 3 roads wud be better

rx8 is s crap car. its engine is not reliable at all. it will be working one day and cud fail the other.

This is what happens when the owner does not maintain the rotary as it's supposed to be maintained. If maintained with care the 13B of both the RX-7 and RX-8 does wonders around the track.

well those r roumours by non rx8 owners......rotary are the most relable engines ever......thats y there r a favourite for the rolex 24 hours gt cup

yar is the rx8 fuel economy realy as bad as they say it is.........i found it pretty decent like when driven gentle......

but once the foots down the thngs get going rough

Rotary was a gr8 production but unfortunately couldnt carry itself all the way , however they're limited people in PAK who understand it themselves or otherwise the most abused engine in PAK is the rotary itself due to lack of knowledge ending up with no maintenance
NO OFFENCE but young generation started to put their heads in rotary's without even knowing it cuz it came in something that was good looking and cheap i.e Rx8
Considering worldwide perspectives , ive seen people who are mostly NOT pleased with the V6 in 350/fairladyz etc
I myself prefer 350z though

upto now the rx8 was never considered a serious sports car like its brother the rx7

but in recent times things are changing the rx8 is get back in the the street racing scene

a lot of people are doing their rx8s to extremes which is a good sign

there are plenty of parts over the web for the rx8 to be juiced up

and hope fully the spirit is picking up in karachi also

yar y did ppl like the rx7 soo much wheare as it had only 30 more bhp,, that too with 2 added turbos

if the 8 had turbos it wud b producing in the early 400s

^I understand that but it's not about power only, practically speaking cosmetic appearance also counts in selection of such rides. Between 7 & 8, elder sis seems more bold to me than younger one!

may b cuz when i matured we hear of the 8 and never of the 7s lol
