Guys help me out here.
I'm looking forward to buy a Mazda RX8 as a little project car but I'll also be daily driving it to some extent as my commute is limited to 15-20km per day maximum.
What I'm confused is which set up will be most suitable for me.
1. 1JZ-GTE (A good setup but I've heard that some of the electronics like climate control/speedo don't work)
2. 2JZ-GTE (Probably the most desirable for any car enthusiast but I guess it'll be too cruel on the gas and I'd have to get an other car for the very little daily driving)
3. IG-FE (An odd one but I really liked the over all car which had it but I don't know much about this one)
and which variant should I go for the eg type s, spirit r and which to avoid.
Help me with the pros and cons of these particular setups.
