If your car has done just 35,000 km is it still under warranty? If yes then the quickest way to end your warrant is to go outside the dealership network for work. I don't know about the warranty policy of Pak Suzuki but my experience of 3 zero meter Hondas with Atlas Honda people is that they will not tolerate any work done outside dealer or any alterations to the car when it comes to a warranty claim.
Additionally, if you permit me to say this - Don't fiddle with the MAF/Throttle Body because if you do, your next post will be: I have an Alto with 35,00km giving 6km/l with ac in the city, advise a good mechanic.
Where the brakes are concerned, you can do a rolling test to see of they are binding. Put the car in gear and move the car a little bit then while it is still moving (very slowly) put the car in neutral and allow it to stop on its own without touching the brakes. If the car comes to a stop with a jerk, you have binding brakes.
