I too think to keep the stock size.however i don't think plus one size would harm in anyway neither it'd make any noticeable diff in fuel usage..205/55, 205/60 or even 205/65 wouldnt bring any of such problems..rest experts can advice better

You spent Extra 50k for infotainment system and i hope you are going to get alloys too. It also will cost you 40k to 60k around if you are looking some good quality imported light weighted alloy .

Bhai if you would spend extra 35k (50k+40k=90k+35k=125k) in the starting then you can get a bigger 300cc engine with free Hi grade fabric seats, free altis tag, More two color choice if you want to opt by getting Altis 1.6 because the invoice price difference between Gli 1.3 & Altis 1.6 is 125k.

Just a thought bhai other wise Gli also will serve the purpose too. Hope Ahmed bhai will spare me by posting off topic comment as this is not a general 11 generation Corolla Thread. My apologies

I would have loved to go with 1.6 however as i m non filer difference was going around 200k.. Plus in my opinion even if you get 1.6 you'd still want to go with certain upgrades..such as better looking rims, tyres,leather seats and probably with player too with 1.6 you have to buy nav card for 10k to get the navigation working plus company fitted is 7inch, so in the end you'd be still paying 300k additional

9' screen android player with nav and rear cam..got it installed from 3s..9013h is model i think..
Airpress transparent ones with chrome (it is more sort of bluish goes nicely with car color)
Mudflaps, ecu cover
Interior mats (smokey transparent ones ) , dashboard cover,tints,keyless (plan lock/unlock)

The android nav unit is really nice quality seems top notch and plus bigger 9 inch display is really nice but i think 50 k is too much
One of our pw member has same 9 inch unit in his Gli same buttons and everything but without nav and its not android but he got it for 18k to 20k only as far as i remember

And as i said , Altis 1.6 auto wasnt anywhere at that time otherwise i would have gone for it myself seriously 125000 is not a big amount and just by a slight difference of price you can get 300 cc bigger and better engine , nav unit and alloys and more color options

And the amount we will pay while purchasing the car , we will loose the same amount when ever we will try to dispose it off

Sir thank you for letting me to comment on your thread.Off topic comment is because these are not related to your beautiful car or accessories and that there is general 11 gen thread for these kind of comment.

Yes you are right that difference would be more for a non filer but it would be hardly 150k over Gli A/T for filer (Registration and all taxes included) here in islamabad.

As far as resale is concerned, i have sold around 4 cars till now, 1986 corolla,2000 Corolla GL, 2007 xli, 2012 Gli manual. All cars sold with profit some how due to devaluing of PKR Rupees.

For Altis 1.6, I hope it will not give me a heart breaking loss when i will sell it after 3 to 6 years. Reason is being , we have hilly areas and people know that a powerful car will serve them well.I was standing on Toyota Show room for some reason, there a person wanted to have GLi A/T but he randomly asked me that will Gli A/T be good for mountain, i said it will be fine but to get more ease in mountain areas why dont you try 1.6 as the invoice diff between them is 125k plus you will get alloys nav unit and much more . He straight away book 1.6.

Factory fitted alloys, nav unit and 300cc more bigger engine will convince people to get 1.6 over 1.3 Gli A/T after 3 to 5 years when resale will be concerned. At least it will get some extra amount during resale over 1.3 A/T if a car is well kept. Plus one more important thing

When people buy Gli they compare its price with Stock Factory price . if you have add ons , people will not consider it during buying still you will be getting loss on these add ons too. I might fetch some extra bucks over Gli if people compare buying price with factory price. If you are selling your car after three to five years on stock accessories, people might go to other Gli which has nav unit alloys and some other add ons on same budget .

The same would not go for Grande CVTi because buying power of common person is not that much that is why these cars get a loss on their resale. The difference b/w Gli A/T and Grande CVTi is much much more. Common people give a dam to paddle shifter, CVTi, speedo meter, but they do consider LCD for movies or songs , alloy bigger tyres like shaskay

Without android similar unit was costing around 40k and if you minus nav it'd cost around 30k from 3s.. So considering android + nav, justifies the cost ? No? Specially when you are getting it from 3s ..
I also got the seat covers done from 3s for 9k which is bit expansive than market..
Media unit and seat covers are the only two things that i got from 3s

As for ecu i got it from tariq rd. Shop name was something like smart auto, same gally whr taiwan motor is located.. I think i posted on other thread about this
I got both mudflaps and ecu cover in rs1200, 900 for mudflaps and 500 for ecu cover were quoted separately.
At 3s it was available around rs 1000.
I will post pics tomorrow or as soon as i get chance

Jump starting my Grande . Battery died because car was in top cover for straight 40 days .
Happened 2 months back also when i was on a 15 day trip after coming i had to jump start it
