Even i do friendly drag in phase 8 but on weekday evening or night. I wanted to check with ur friend civic coz i might tune my turbo civic later but now after seeing ur race m not sure, only 2cars difference from your stock civic is not worth it

Yes anything will void the warranty
But you can always put the stock tyres and rims back if you want any claim and have any suspension or brake issues
If you go for same stock size tyres 215/55/R16 and dont change the rims then there wont be any issue

But yes even I am in love with day running fog light covers and LED headlights , but at present the sensible decision is to stay away from such aftermarket mods esp lights , fogs , Hids or rear bumper lava bar type lights and Horns

Its a new car in the market , not like our Glis which usually dont have any issues and are safe to play with
We have no idea about the reliability of this model yet , i have heard some complaints regarding electronic parking brake and brake hold so if anything like that happens they will not entertain any claim .
Best option is to wait for 2 years and get all such mods after that when warranty period expires but I know its really tough

I dont remember he was telling about engine mods , mines tuned and God knows what

And yes the racechip costs around 60k PKR , So even I think its not worth it
From 0 to 120 plus both are same
Once I was in D and he was in S even then he took the lead after 116 km/h and even then the gap was hardly 3 cars gap

Second and third time we were both in S mode and the result is infront of you he took the lead after 146 km/h

But yes at 146 with the pedal fully floored I was helpless and just saw his car taking the lead with ease
So yes for die hard drag fans even that is a good lead and upgrade and its plug and play and really easy to install he installed it himself

Yes it would void the electrical warranty. Almost anything done after market would void the warranty i guess.
I think that there is not need a for drl fogs for civic coz it already has drl in its headljghts.
Drls in both fog and headlights looks overdone and too fancy to me atleast.
You can see from ownwards mercedes have started giving drl in its headlights so there is no drl in its fog.

maybe hes bluffing or trying to fool u about GTR as there's two GTR in Khi as i know thru the owner of white of GTR 2015.

Anyhow back to topic so this racechip civic was hardly 2-3 cars ahead, was the race till quartermile? Yes these piggyback are easy to install, even i installed on A3 myself.

Bro are you talking about the Fogs with day running lights ?? If I am not wrong it has 3 vertical bars of lights ?
If it is that fog with DRL then warranty 100% void hojani hai , I would suggest stay away from such mods atleast initially

No. That's not I was talking about. I have purchased original LED Philips extreme vision fog bulbs from the UK. They are expensive but in my opinion worth it. They match the color of the LED headlights and require no changes. Just take out the fog bulb and replace it with the LED Philips.

But I called Honda Factory and they told me that the car would be delivered by 31st october, and the new online system also mentions the same date, not sure what's the reason behind such a delay.

Both are local assembled cars sir
And poor workmanship is the main cause !
I have kept 3 , 11th gen Corollas so far and to be honest except for 2 or 3 things where corolla has an edge , its like wasting time comparing the two cars
Even quality fit and finish is much better on Civic
Yes Corolla has better paint finish
Corolla has a better rear arm rest
Corolla has much better rubber and plastic between front fenders and windscreen on both sides ( civic is pathetic here )
Other than that there is no match and comparison at all
Other possibility is may be all 3 of my Corollas were faulty ones and my Civic is one of the best unit they have assembled so far and your Corolla is the best one IMC has assembled so far

Wow! Did not know that I hit a nerve there. I mean I do not doubt what you are saying, but seeing as my turbo was delivered after yours, and technically with Honda "improving upon its build quality" by the day, I cannot comprehend the best vs. worst piece argument. Anyhow congrats to you, and I still would maintain that Toyota has somehow managed to outdo Honda in the build quality department. For reference I too have three current model Corollas as well, however the XLi and Gli do not offer the same quality proposition offered by the Grande. So yeah my two cents on the matter.
