Three inspections are included. 1000 km @ 1 month, 5000 km @ 3 months and 10000 km @ 6 months. Oil / filter & any other consumables if required have to be paid for.

I havent faced any issue as such
Once when I started the car the unit started playing songs at full volume of 31 or 32 ..that was really scary lol ( sab uchal gaye thay )

And once the speakers were not working even at high volume so I had to reset the unit after that it was fine

It is actually first free service at 1000 kms or 1 month whichever comes first so I got it done at 600kms since it was already late and went for service after 40 days

Next free service and inspection is due at 5k kms or 3 months which ever comes first ( not sure if 3 months or 6 )
