Thanks Dear
Yes indeed its really sad
I feel really Lucky , after enjoying it to the max sold it at the right time and at a good price
Yes Oriel is a safe bet
Yes the seats are low esp the front passenger side is too low but I really like that position feels so spacious and nice from that position and for driver side you have height adjustment knob so no issues
Power is decent
Its faster than 9th gen and slightly faster than 8th gen Civic
Much faster than 1.6 Altis
Slightly slower in quartermile run as compared new Altis 1.8 grande but equally good and at higher speeds of above 120 130 if you floor both side by side above 100 it will leave it behind at 180 plus
So overall the acceleration and power is decent
0 to 100 is 9.6 seconds in ideal favourable conditions
( my car would be slower since it has huge tyres now )
If you are comparing it with Turbo then Obviously there is no match the Torque and acceleration of Turbo is next level thing .. 7.5 seconds and 9.6 seconds in doing 0 to 100 the difference is quite obvious 2.1 seconds means a gap of around 3 to 4 cars in 0 to 100
Same goes for 0 to 200
Turbo does it in 32 to 40 seconds ( depending on fuel and weather / temperature ) and Oriel takes 62 seconds
But if you dont look at the figures of turbo then even Oriel is decent enough 1 min for 0 to 200 isnt bad for a family sedan
If you havent kept Turbo for few months then You will really like Oriel
My case was a bit different I kept it for almost 10 months and used it with racechip Ultimate which makes it a rocket the same gap that stock turbo gives to Oriel , racechip installed turbo gives that same gap to Stock turbo
So yes for me it was a bit difficult initially but now I dont miss it at all yes I do remember all the drags and fun I had and Oriel can never do that but it will serve its purpose its a reliable Civic X with no fuel / knocking or resale issues
Hope that helps in deciding
