If it feels very rough then you should consider claying.

For washing meguiars ultimate wash and wax shampoo is perfect bwcause it is economical and has gloss enhancers. For maintaining and protecting the finish from UV rays, tree sap, dirt, etc you need a quality wax like #26 paste wax or meguiars ultimate paste wax.
For tires meguiars endurance tire gel is the best product available for you. It gives a deep rich shine and puts life into tires. lasts for weeks not days and is made with a no sling formula. It beads water too so you can wash your car as often as you like without worrying about weakening the dressing.

about shampoo would recomand you megs shampoo plus as its provide good cleaning to white paints and can give u in open 1.5 liter bottle

Aomair bhai we didn't order Megs nxt range and I heard nxt wax phase out from Megs production Lines as now Megs Ultimate wax takeover its position. Nxt and Ultimate waxes brother are synthetic and looks and protection of ultimate wax far better than nxt.
Inch market nxt wax is arround Rs2500 and Ultimate wax over 3k but our price of Ultimate wax rs2100 , this wax comes with one microfiber cloth and one foam applicator pad.

Just for the sake of knowledge sharing . Liquid waxes comes best in looks but their life shorter than paste waxes especially very hot weather of Pakistan

1)Meguiars Hyper Dressing. You can use it on any rubber, vinyl or plastic surface and it provides UV protection and prevents fading. The best part is that it can be diluted according to your need. Veeery economical.
2)Meguiars APC for cleaning the dashboard and trims before applying the hyper dressing (it has no cleaning ability).
3) I personally use a mf applicator pad for applying my dressings,etc because it has channels and it traps any dirt and uses less product. Both applicators are fine. If you're using the foam type applicator pad- bury the sprayer in the pad and spray into it rather than spraying on the surface.(learnt this from mike phillips)

Exterior-
1) Meguiars endurance tire gel. It is the best dressing i have ever come across. It gives a rich, dark wet finish and it is dry to touch. It lasts 2-3 weeks and you can wash your tires with water all you like-its not going to harm the endurance gel.
2) Rims- i use a synthetic paste wax because of the protection and long lasting properties. Most of the rims we get here are painted and clearcoated so treat them like normal paint. Though if you have alloy rims then you can use Meguiars all metal polish. If you can get your hands on CG wheel guard, nothing like it man!

I personally prefer the paste but I was told by a friend for this NXT polish that it is water repellent so that is why I asked you. Thank you for your detail reply. How can I order this Ultimate wax from you, i.e. mode of payment etc.?

I would get a decent natural wax if i were you. Red car and synthetic waxes only will slowly make your paint have less depth. #26 paste wax would yield better results on your car.

Apc- it is to be diluted with water 1:10. It has foaming agent that lift dirt from any surface. Spray on, agitate and wipe off the foam containing the dirt.
