Swirls can be removed with meguiars ultimate compound. Do top it off with a polish and a wax later on.

For undercarriage and engine bay, meguiars super degreaser is available and comes in conc. form so you have to dilute it with water. Usually 1:15 for a moderately dirty engine bay and 1:10 for very very greasy and dirty parts but this degreaser just eats it all up. It wont burn your skin too like most other cheap degreasers..

Depends on product to product-usually 8-10 hours for a synthetic wax or paint sealant. though i wait 24 hours+, then wash the car with a synthetic wax as the lsp and believe me, its very very fun:P

about polishers we got megs meguirs DA Power tool @rs4500 , this tool have to attach with drill machine to make it oprational
in market its over rs8000 so we sold our all DA Power tools very fast , now getting new tools in next shipment which will be here Inshallah by end aug.
having other options like Porter Cable DA polisher box pack if u intresting

Faisal bhai megs #26 is hybrid wax and yes it will also attract some dust but not as much as gold class or fully natural wax
by waxing static charge comes in car skin which also a cause of dust attraction so dedicated detailer sprays are good to reduce that static charge from skin, make surface very smooth silky so dust wont attract
