Mehran 2009 Ignition Timing/ Distributor Adjustment

Well Brilliant me, i thought of servicing the distributor of my mehran 2009 model. Well had CDI upgraded few weeks ago. Had a problem with CNG thought service will provide solution. anyways i took off the distributor of serviced it and put it back. now car is not being started at all. i think i have fiddled with the timing.
I am setting it to flywheel 7 degrees and rotor on plug one. but still not start. i see no spark from coil. Any anybody help me set up distributor in correct position.

Regarding CDI conversion what was your method there are Three types of CDI normally people tried in mehran point based vehicle.
1.Used imported CDI distributor with vacuum play governors.
2. Alter the point based old distributor with CDI unit.
3. Used imported governor less distributor with local alterations.

One memorable thing is that the case # 1 is the best & pragmatic solution and costs Rs. 5500 to 6000 and gives a proper pick in the driving. In the second case one must use the imported CDI units normally from kabarr market you can get it from used Japanese cars.The third case is totally useless and not practical.
