Mehran 2009 missing after overhaul

I overhauled my mehran after 185k on odometer, but it has started missing mechanic says it looks fine.
Things done so far are
1. Fuel filter changed
2. Plugs are new
3. Current looks good

Problem starts (mostly) when car is in 50 to 65 km/h and missing stops after speed reaches 70 plus also not much missing in the first two gears too.

Car is carburetor based

Please suggest any solution.

Did you get your car tuned. Or check your distributer settings.

Not when overhauled the engine but about 2 to 3 months ago

Do you have Thermostat installed and is radiator fan direct or auto?
It could also be due to vacuum pipes.
Is the vacuum pipe for ignition timing advance connected?

brother fan is auto, i asked mechanic when doing overhaul don't remove thermostat did not ask him after overhaul but it should be intact, how can i check?

I don't know what it is and it is connected or not have to ask mechanic, can you elaborate with pic what it is and from where i can check?

For checking the thermostat valve open the Radiator cap when car is cold/before morning start then start the car if the water in radiator starts flowing as soon as you start the car then thermostat valve have been removed if it doesn't then it's still present.
The vacuum pipe is connected from Carburetor to Distributor it advances the ignition timing as engine RPM increases.. Sorry i don't have any pictures for that. Also get the point's gap verified those are also present in distributor.

just checked the vacuum pipe i looks to be connected. will check the radiator thermostat valve tomorrow.
