Mehran 2010 model heater is leak .what is better option repair the heater or install a new one. Is Heater and ac are same in mehran?

If your heater core is not leaking and you want to run heater then you can change those pipes...
And if you don't want to run heater or heater core is leak then you can bypass heater by joining both pipes going to heater core.
