Impressive average for a new mehran.

Well, recently I purchased Mehran 2015 model Euro 2 and on 1st October I got the tank filled. I've driven with
a mix of AC but don't see it getting past 11KM/Liter, that's driving within city.

More importantly, the tuning and oil change etc. is due after next 1000KM. I hope that it gets better after that.

Other than that, any idea how to increase the mileage, within city?

I have a company car Mehran 2018.

The car's average is 16 kmpl with AC. Driving with around 25 percent AC on (around 20 minutes out of total 80 minutes) gives an average of 20 kmpl.
My route to office is half city and half highway (58 km total trip from home to office and back).
