Mehran 2nd gear hard

Shifting to second gear sometimes takes more effort than all other gears with some resistance and a slight thud sound.
This doesn't occur every shift but happens often.

Tried adjusting clutch
Recently changed gear oil
Changed clutch cable and clutch plate set.

Anyone know the cause and solution?

Check the shifter bushing

How much would that cost to replace?

Also do you know what a gear kit is? I read something about it but not quite sure what it is.

If the shifter feels loose then yes.Alot of mehran,s I,ve seen have this issue

Replacing gear kit and foundation fixed gears.
