Sad to see this accident... 
But the bright side is, this car will be just like new in probably not even 10K, probably less than 10,000 Rupees. One of the Headlights is still good. Only needs, Fenders, Hood, and a new bumper and some good denting and a paint job, if the tie rods, half shafts are still good and fan is still in good shape, then you will be back in business with 10K or even less.
PLUS You don't have to worry about loss of any original quality.
You Should NOT worry about something that was not there originally.
There no such thing as Quality in a Mehran not even ones in the a showroom, brand new, so that is also a plus when a New Mehran gets banged
