I have Mehran 92...The problem i am facing is "Tuk Tuk" sound from left side when turning....i know it is from Axles also known as Goday in local term....i just wanted to ask what are the risks associated with this if axles are not repaired or replaced....and what is the probability of failure if axles having this problem?Also if any one can shed light why this sound starts coming....i mean what produces this sound in the axles?
Goday or CV joints they have barrings in them and a rubber boot which seals them the reason they wear out that rubber boot gets ruptured and dirt gets inside and bearings are not meant to handle dust so with friction bearings are misplaced due to wear and tear and if not repaired then man in traffic CV joint will snap causing wheel to jam and disaster get them both replace 2200s for both sides
