Mehran engine hesitation ( Jhatka )

Assalamualaikum everyone
I have Suzuki mehran 2005 which I recently bought car has around 170,000 kms engine is overhauled which started some kind of hesitation ( Jhatka) only while driving I have taken the car to 3 mechanics all say that your car needs carburetor cleaning I have already cleaned the carburetor two times this month and the problem is still there , mechanics checked the ignition coil and wires , point , router everything related to ignition , no fault there. The car only hesitates while driving in mid ranged rpms( 2nd and 3rd gear while accelerating) I have replaced the needle valve in the carburetor , new coil , fuel filter but the problem is still there . when I first bought the car I replaced the ignition point , plug wires , spark plugs , shocks , axles and engine mounts. Kindly share any information which could help me. Also car gives me around 9 to 10 km/l.

Have you checked the distributer? Distributer develops play overtime and can cause this issue. Open your distribution cap and check it for play.
If it is the case then you can get it repaired from a 'kharadiya' around 800-1000. Or can buy a used one for 3000-4000.

Yes this is the problem I got my carburetor cleaned new jets installed the car was still doing the same thing there was some kind of current cut replaced the coil , spark plugs , distributor cap , plug wires with my friends mehran's the problem was still there then when we switched the distributor the problem went away and now I will go to kharadia on Monday to get the distributor rebuilt.

Bhai thanks for your suggestion but the plugs are new only around 1000 kms the problem is the distributor bushing will get it rebuilt.

O bhai. Distributor khol k dekho us per b carbon aajati ha. Khud saaf kr lo. Mere khayal se point ki adjustment b hone wali hogi..
CNG use krte ho ?

Pehle gari cng pr thi lekin Maine kit aur cylinder nikalwa Diya hai distributor pr carbon nai play hai uss ki wajah se spark nai ho rha sahi

What is the estimated cost for CDI conversion any idea?

Also I use iridium plugs not the normal copper ones

AOA,
I agree with @qazi_sajid regarding CDI distributor, I got it replaced last year for 4000 from Bilal Gung, no more periodic point replacement. plus no hesitation and simple installation. Only wire alteration required.

Also have you checked the condition of fuel filter? if not then check and replace if condition is bad.

Fuel filter was replaced yesterday at the workshop. For now I fixed the distributor issue and changed the carburetor jets because I don't plan on keeping the car but now the problem has been fixed the car is giving me around 13 to 14 kmpl without ac in city
