Mehran engine overhaul suggestion (islamabad/Rawalpindi)

Hi,
I have mehran 2007 vx. Recently i changed valve seal because of blue smoke coming from exhaust pipe and oil level was decreasing.I did dry compression test before valve seal replacement it gave 90 in each cylinder.
After doing specific overhauling. The problem still exists.... smoke from pipe still coming although in a smaller amount. Oil is ok(not decreasing it’s level). But a clicking sound from engine coming in 1st and 2nd gear (probably from crank). What should i do now. Oil im using is kixx 10w40. Can i use it while this clicking exists(i mean is it serious?). Also how much overhauling costs for mehran engine.

Overhauling cost depends on your engine condition. If your car's head assembly is damaged then you will have to replace it. Also, you will need to rebore your piston cylinders if there is a large play in the pistons. Also, you will have to polish the crank and change the oil pump. I have recently overhauled my Mehran's engine and it cost me around 45K inclusive of labour cost.
