Where to get Mehran Engine in good condition or zero meter?
Suzuki does not make F8B engines anymore. Chinese companies make them but quality is mix. Your better off overhauling engine from a good mechanic.
Do you have knowledge of good quality chinese engine price and availability?
It would be better if you could mention which city you are in.
Getting zero meter not possible now, you can find used-one (Kabli) from old parts market in your city. Can give you a contact number for reference if you are in Lahore.

Get it rebuilt, it's a pretty easy engine to overhaul.
Recommended workshops for twin cities are @rajaatta and @dani_kk. These two have good experience with overhauling engines and other related work.
