Yes he did. The pipe from purge is going straight to manifold. This manifold is next to the throttle body.

Your understanding of throttle body is wrong. Throttle body is the only part where there is throttle butterfly, TPS, Choke sensor and IACV. The next portion attached to it is "intake manifold". MAP sensor and often Purge valve are connected to this manifold. In Mehran although MAP sensor is placed near TPS and purge valve, but I am sure it is connected to intake manifold via a small hose to check its pressure. People usually call this whole thing the "throttle body" which is not correct.

Mein aj tak black pipe jo intake sy throttle mein ata usko intake manifold smjhta raha.. can you post pic of cultus purge valve and hose going into manifold... as he did in mehran..

I forgot to mention that i changed the pipe locations.
Still no issues, problem is solved now.

I did same alternation today..its good now.. i drive it in hot day.. stil no missing

Well. After my email to suzuki they called me several tims for apology and tomorrow again i received call from suzuki they ask me to visit near by suzuki center, i told them that i can go texila motors. They told 3S some solution. When i went there 3S guy came to me and said we are removing return vacum pipe from canister and by doing this there will be no more missings or jhatky wala masla.. i show him this image and told them to do same as in image.Now they ask me to please give us feed back if it resolve problem or not. If yes they can apply this alternation on all...

yes for me too.. suzuki guy was using this term.. sure i`ll update here.. Basically they were removing hose coming back from fuel tank to canister .. mean Euro 2 function is by passing

I have this issue in my 2014 mehran. could you please explain this in simple terms ? as in what should i say to the mechanic when i visit him for this issue. Also, please let us know if this has actually solved the problem.

This is in every EFI Mehran .. Mechanic ko smjh ni ati masly ki .. we after many discussion change vacuum pipes circuit and till now problem resolved .. you can do the same and can check by your self..

Brother - Thanks for your reply. Just to update that i changed the Petrol Station from Shell to Caltex and PSO. Problem solved for now. used two tanks and was not able to reproduce this issue. Could be because of low quality of fuel from certain petrol stations.

Aapnay jo pipes incircle kye hue hain unka tau mujhe malom nahi hai magar me apni 2015 model mehran pe aik experiment kerchuka hun. Mera problem tu abb solve hogya hai Alhamdulillah.
Flexible black color Vaccume pipe jo manifold se nikal k seedha bilkul saamnay jata hai. Jiski total lenght sirf 6 inch hai. Usay dono sides se utar k uskay andar koi ball bearing wali thoray baray size ki ball daal k block kerdo takay uskay andar se kuch b pass na hosakay aur usay wapis dono sides pe charha do.. Aur enjoye karo apki mehran InshaAllah dobara jerk yani jhatkay nahi maray gi.. Aur fuel average b ziada hojaye gi pehlay se....
Azmayen aur enjoye karen.. Bus banda e nacheez k lye dua kerdijye ga.. Kion k jisnay mera masla free me hal kia me usay duaen deraha hun..
