Mehran euro 2 (2014) missing issue

Dear,

I have this issue in my 2014 mehran. could you please explain this in simple terms ? as in what should i say to the mechanic when i visit him for this issue. Also, please let us know if this has actually solved the problem.

This is in every EFI Mehran .. Mechanic ko smjh ni ati masly ki .. we after many discussion change vacuum pipes circuit and till now problem resolved .. you can do the same and can check by your self..

Brother - Thanks for your reply. Just to update that i changed the Petrol Station from Shell to Caltex and PSO. Problem solved for now. used two tanks and was not able to reproduce this issue. Could be because of low quality of fuel from certain petrol stations.

simple solution is to change vacuum pipes as shown in image.. and this is not jugar.. this is how actually it works in every car.. also in cultus... stop doing jugars..u did every thing and finally found this solution...

if you close this pipe then how fuel tank vapors release from tank??? which is main reason of jerks.. another jugar is to remove pipe which comes from fuel tank into charcoal canister.. and leave it free inside engine bay.. but this is dangerous because of fuel vapors inside bonnet all time... we need to burn these vapors inside intake manifold...so make diy as imran and i said... by this your fuel economy is also increase...

because throttle is hurdle for fuel vapors thats why we feel jerks on low gears... butterfly opening is less and large amont of fuel vapors chocked this area... when we insert this pipe directly into intake manifold fuel vapors can easily travel into manifold without any hurdle... thats v simple to understand..

Technically you are wrong.You have disconnected the MAP(manifold absolute pressure) sensor and Charcoal Canister from the system.
What mileage you are getting now?
I am still getting 22kmpl without ac on long routes. Rock solid idle RPM and smooth running.

guys, I have 2016 mehran and facing the issue of jerks on low rpm in 1st and 2nd gears. I will surely do the same with changing pipes and let u ppl know. but two things that is I am getting 10-11 km/l with ac in city and car has done only 6500 kms and second is that whenever I open fuel cap there is a lot of air pressure. I assume that in new cars there must be no pressure in the fuel cap.....can anyone tell?

change your pipes then pressure of fuel tank will be no more..
