what pipes to be changed...the pipes near the fuel reservoir plastic bottle(behind the place where fuel if filled) or the pipes in the engine room

change your pipes then pressure of fuel tank will be no more..

I have posted above pics, and will changes the pipes today insha allah. Lets hope the pipes will resolve jerking and improve mileage.

yes its been smooth like cream, no hickups. use best quality pipe specifically. if u r in KHI, go to NILE autoes in magazine lane saddar for pipes.

Bhai I also have a mehran 2014 model. Same issue. Magar kisi suzuki walay ko nahi pta masla kya hai.. jis jis ko ye masla ho rha hai wo aik kaam kray, I also used to do it and its kind of very awkward that when ever it jerks, park ur car at side and open the fuel tank. U will feel a pressure of fuel. After that start ur car and jerking will be gone. Its due to poor fuel system of mehran in which a breather shhould have been there by suzuki but all of them are ass holes. Loot maar kar rahay hain. Vapour pressure nikal jata hai gari fit ho jati hai

Actually this issue is not limited to Suzuki Mehran, I have googled and found many cars have same issue.
But your idea works for me. Whenever feel jerking (misfire), turn off the car and open fuel cap, gas pressure releases like opening Coca Cola bottle. And the jerks disappear for few kilometers (in my case about 5-10 kms), then again apply the trick of opening fuel cap.

Seriously??.. you can Keep on doing this for hundreds of Kms a day.. and we are enjoying Ac of mehran without any jerks by simply change fuel return lines which actually resolve this issue...

Would you keep doing this if you have to drive 6 hours?
Just simply change the location of Vacuum pipe emerging from solenoid as shown in pictures above. Your problem will be resolved.

This jerk issue was found in some older cars manufactured before 90s. Some companies did not develop any proper vacuum sucking mechanism and just utilize ventilated fuel caps to control pressure in fuel tank. If anything blocked vent in those caps, excessive pressure would start building up in tank and car would start jerking.

It's not fuel return line. It's vacuum line.
Do not mess with fuel return hose.

This is the same thing suzuki guy did with my mehran. Kisi b cheez ko daal k pipe block krna hai and there will be no jerks. Mgr is ka aik nuksan haai, 5 se 10 min baad petrol ki smell ati hai, jab tank ka pressure buhat barh jata hai to wo pressure release krta hai..
